If you are curious to find out more about the global campaign, or how your organisation can get involved, read on…

WHAT IS WORLD QUALITY WEEK?

Each year, the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) hosts World Quality Week #WorldQualityWeek, providing a great platform to promote awareness and encourage best practices in quality management.

This year’s theme, Quality: from Compliance to Performance, aims to highlight how embracing quality management principles can drive innovation, enhance performance, which ultimately lead to organisational success. You can find out more on the CQI’s website.

WHY GET INVOLVED WITH WORLD QUALITY WEEK?

As a CQI and IRCA Approved Training Partner (ATP), World Quality Week provides an excellent opportunity to celebrate the achievements of quality management professionals. It allows us to shine a spotlight on the profession as a whole, celebrate the success of our learners, encourage discussions on key industry themes, and promote quality best practices.

1: Celebrate the quality management profession

For over 14 years, rove has worked with the CQI to deliver quality management training to hundreds of professionals worldwide. These training programmes have helped quality management practitioners advance in their careers and contribute to the successes of the organisations they work within.

Every business aims to improve efficiency, reduce waste, manage risks, and stay competitive, all while delivering an excellent customer experience. rove has first-hand experience of providing quality management teams (with the knowledge and tools) to do just this. We think this is something which should be celebrated.

2: Applaud the achievements of our learners

Undertaking certified CQI and IRCA training programmes demands high levels of motivation, discipline and commitment.  And, for those, who study the Foundation, Practitioner or Professional Certificate in Quality Management – this can involve up to three years of study.

Many of our learners juggle work, personal commitments, and their studies—a true testament to their discipline and determination. We’re immensely proud of their achievements, and World Quality Week offers the perfect platform to celebrate their hard work.

3: Promote best practices

As an Approved Training Partner (ATP), promoting best practice is at the heart of everything we do. Our processes and systems are designed to meet our customers’ needs, and we are continually seeking ways to improve.

Aligned with the CQI’s mission to improve the quality of products, projects, and services, we are fully committed to encouraging and promoting best practices throughout World Quality Week.

4: Engage in key industry discussions

This year’s World Quality Week theme highlights how embracing quality management principles can drive innovation, enhance performance, and ultimately lead to organisational success.

Central to this approach is embracing innovation, proactively managing risks, focusing on sustainability, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

We believe this is an important message to share, and we look forward to amplifying it during World Quality Week.

TIPS TO CREATE A COMPELLING CAMPAIGN

We’ve compiled some pointers to help you create a top-notch social campaign to celebrate World Quality Week.

BRAINSTORM COLLECTIVELY

The saying ‘two heads are better than one’ rings true here. Each year, as soon as the CQI reveals the theme for World Quality Week, the rove team collaborates to generate ideas and develop a content strategy.

KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE

Understanding your audience is crucial for any effective communications. Our campaign is designed to engage with two key audiences:

  • Public Engagement: We develop a public-facing social media campaign to promote the key messages of World Quality Week – while celebrating the profession and contributing to industry debates.
  • Internal Communications: Equally important is how we share our plans with our customers. Our focus is to raise awareness of the campaign, encouraging engagement, and providing opportunities for them to get involved.

CONTENT IS KEY

We like to draw on a range of statistics, quotes, surveys, and research to create engaging content – both through words and pictures. We also tap into our team’s expertise and revisit successful elements from previous campaigns, in order to keep the content fresh and relevant.

STAY ON BRAND

With so much activity on social media, it’s vital for any campaign to stand out and be instantly recognisable as part of World Quality Week. The CQI provides helpful templates, and using the hashtag #WorldQualityWeek will help unify messaging.

JOIN THE CONVERSATION

World Quality Week aims to bring the whole profession together.

Make sure you monitor your social channels and see what others are sharing. Take the opportunity to share and amplify key messages and most importantly, join in the important conversations which are taking place.
