Jacky Wilson - Director

Jacky has worked within education and training for almost 20 years. Following a Psychology Degree, she started her career in a Vocational Training department in the NHS (continuing her studies with a post-grad diploma in IT). Following, she spent several years working with a private training organisation, before joining rove.

Neil Harrison - Director

Neil’s career began as a semi-pro rugby player playing for various teams in the UK (including his beloved Castleford Tigers) as well as Europe.

Chris Smith PCQI – Quality Management Programme Lead

Chris developed his skills and knowledge of Business and Management theories at Sheffield Hallam University obtaining the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Leigh Smyth - Tutor / Internal Quality Assurer

Leigh has been involved in quality management for many years, having worked as an Internal and External Quality Assurer for a wide range of qualifications, and she is very keen to support others to develop their knowledge and skills.

Julie Dixon - Internal Quality Assurer

With over 25 years’ experience in healthcare in both secondary care and the private sector, Julie moved into GP Management in Primary Care. Whether it’s patient safety, healthcare inequalities or team performance - quality improvement and undertaking clinical audit activities is a core aspect of her work.

Wendy Wilson - Marketing & Communications Manager

Wendy is an experienced marketing professional, who qualified from Northumbria University with a PG DIP in Marketing over 20 years ago.

Pat Blyth – Quality Assurer

Pat began her career as a developer and then progressed into education. She worked with Microsoft for several years, speaking at conferences in Europe and United States and was also part of its Europe Middle East and Africa Training Advisory Council.

Darin Wilson - Quality Management Tutor

Darin has worked in Local Government for over 30 years and was responsible the organisation’s Business Compliance and Public Safety team areas of work. He provided leadership, management, and advice, on all areas covered by the team and was the lead on programmes of work around quality management.

Manish Kumar CQP MCQI - Quality Management Tutor

Manish is a Member of CQI and a Chartered Quality Professional registered with IRCA as Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor. An experienced Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer, who began his career as a Senior Engineer.
